I am a Britsh born chef with a love and passion for food. This site will allow you to see a glimpse into my culinary life and some incredible weekly recipe blogs. I am currently travelling around New Zealand.

Le Gavroche
I spent three years working under world renowned chef Michel Roux Jr at his two michelin-star restaurant Le Gavroche in the heart of London's Mayfair. After I completed my apprentice, I was promoted to first commis chef. I always knew from a younge age that Le Gavroche would be the starting point and at just 13, I spent a day in their kitchen. I was hooked! Le Gavroche celebrated it's 50TH birthday in 2017, a remarkable achievement and the best training I could ever have had.
Mac and Mellow
I have now created Mac and Mellow, offering exceptional handcrafted confectionary with great design and mouth-watering flavours. All the ingredients we use are carefully sourced and are only the best. For example, our chocolate comes from Barry Callebaut, a producer of world renowned Belgian chocolate which has a unique taste and makes our products even better.
